THE SOLUTION
The EnviroPure kills harmful pathogens, seeds, and other contaminants in manure using heat, while also not noticeably increasing energy bills or introducing chemicals. Manure can be applied immediately to crops without fear of contamination after treatment with EnviroPure.
THE SCIENCE
Just as when purifying drinking water, regenerative pasteurization neutralizes pathogens and other contaminants while leaving beneficial nutrients in the mixture. EnviroPure leverages US FDA requirements to ensure that any waste processed through the system is considered treated, and is safe to apply directly to crops. Temperatures within the system are sufficient to kill all living organisms, while leaving the desired nutrients.

THE APPLICATION
Manure is mulched and diluted with water, allowing it to flow through EnviroPure. The liquefied manure is heat treated, killing all pathogens, seeds, and parasites present in the waste, exiting the system at only a degree or two above what it entered at, but completely free of adverse contamination and able to be applied to crops for the beneficial plant growth provided by organic farming practices.
Safer Work Environments
Manure pits on farms have led to dozens of deaths from farmhands entering large and extremely dangerous pits and suffocating. With this technology, farmhands will no longer need to enter hazardous conditions on site.
Rapid Harvest Turnover
The EnviroPure accelerates the pathogen and seed removal process, which means manure does not need to decompose for the required six-months per FDA regulations. This system enables farms to process effluent runoff immidiately.
Non-Chemical Treatment
With no remaining need for chemical treatment of fertilizer, or extended treatment times, natural fertilizers processed with EnviroPure will benefit farms at a much lower cost than traditional means. Reduced chemical treatment means safer food.
